Return Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY:
In the event of a customer returning goods we require that the goods be returned in its
original packaging within 7 calendar days.
SALE items are not refundable
Products will only be accepted as refundable if:
- Product is in it's original packaging
- Product is still new & unused
The cost of return is up to the customer. Contact Little Bear and we will organise for our courier to collect from you, once we have received the product and IF we accept that it is a refundable item then we will credit you for the item after the delivery fee.
EXCHANGES:
Our exchange policy is the same as our refund policy. Handle your request like our refund/return policy.
